Ann Clark

Ann Clark E.D.H., E.D.T., F.A.E.T.C. qualified as a Hygienist/Therapist from the London Hospital Medical College in 1986. Since qualification she has been lucky enough to work in several high profile practices working alongside periodontists and implantologists who are, undoubtedly, leaders in their field.

Following a 16-week training with Surrey Ambulance in 2001, which included time spent on frontline ambulances, she became a volunteer “Community Responder” dealing with a range of real life medical emergencies on a regular basis. These skills are updated & reassessed every three months.

In 2004 she passed the Further & Adult Education Teacher’s Certificate (stage one) and, her company, Survive Alive Ltd was born. Ann provides CPR & Medical Emergency training specifically for dental teams on their premises, following current guidelines from the Resuscitation Council (UK) & the GDC. Despite the continuing success of Survive Alive Ltd Ann still finds time to work as a clinical Hygienist on a weekly basis.
